Trial Class

If you have not taken a class at any of our CKO Kickboxing® locations before, you may try your first kickboxing class for FREE ($20.00 value) For your first class we will provide you with 15 minute personal orientation before the class begins. You will need gloves to take this class, if you do have them, they may be purchased at our gym for $20.00.
 
It is important to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class begins so that we may provide you with an orientation on the punches and kicks you'll need to know for class. It is recommended that you wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. You might also want to bring a towel for the class.
